End User License Agreement (Beta)
Wine & Spirits Collector™ is offered as a beta preview. By requesting access and using the service, you agree to this agreement.
1. Beta status. The service is unfinished, may change or end at any time, and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Your account. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Information you provide at sign-up must be accurate.
3. Acceptable use. You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use it in violation of applicable law.
4. Your content. Data you add (for example collection entries) is processed and stored to run the app. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
5. Privacy. The service operates on cloud infrastructure. Use of the app is subject to how the product is configured; do not expect the beta to meet production compliance obligations unless separately agreed.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the people and entities operating this beta disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages and for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the beta.
7. Termination. Your access may be suspended or ended at any time, with or without notice.
8. Error reporting. During the beta, the app may automatically send diagnostic error reports to the support channel when problems occur (for example failed label scans or network errors while you are signed in). Reports include error details and technical context such as device type and your account identifier; they do not include bottle photos. By using the beta, you consent to this reporting to help us improve the service.
8.a. Data in automatic error reports. When an automatic report is sent, it may include: the error message; a technical stack trace from the app; the date and time (UTC); your browser or device type (User-Agent); the app screen you were on; your account email and account identifier (Cognito sub); which feature failed (for example label scan or save bottle); and, for scan failures only, the photo file size and file type (not the image itself). Automatic reports do not include bottle photos, label image data, passwords, or your collection entries (names, prices, notes, or other bottle details). Reports are emailed to the support team through the same channel as voluntary support messages.
If you do not agree, do not request beta access or use the service. Effective for beta participants as of May 1, 2026.
